Refund Policy

At CardPlusPay, we are committed to customer satisfaction. While digital gift cards are typically non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature, we do offer refunds under specific conditions. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your order must meet the following criteria:

  • The order must be completed (successfully processed).
  • The order must have been paid using your CardPlusPay wallet balance.
  • The gift card code(s) must not have been redeemed, activated, or used.
  • The order must not already be fully refunded.

Refund Types

We offer two types of refunds:

  • Full Refund: The entire order amount (minus any previous partial refunds) is credited back to your wallet.
  • Partial Refund: Only specific items or gift card codes within an order are refunded. This is useful if some codes are valid while others have issues.

Multiple partial refunds can be processed on the same order until the full amount has been refunded.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are reviewed and processed by our support team.
  • Once approved, the refund amount is credited instantly to your CardPlusPay wallet balance.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunded funds can be used for future purchases on CardPlusPay.

Important: Refunds are issued to your CardPlusPay wallet only. We do not process refunds to external payment methods (credit cards, PayPal, bank accounts, etc.).

Refund Timeline

  • Review Time: Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days.
  • Processing: Once approved, refunds are credited to your wallet instantly.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation with details of the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect purchase selection (wrong brand, denomination, or region).
  • Gift card codes that have already been redeemed, activated, or used.
  • Expired gift cards.
  • Orders that were not paid using wallet balance (e.g., direct payment methods).
  • Orders that have already been fully refunded.
  • Activation or redemption issues caused by user error.
  • Issues with third-party platforms or merchants (e.g., regional restrictions, merchant policies).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your CardPlusPay account and locate your Order Number in the Orders section.
  2. Contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email us at support@cardpluspay.com.
  3. Include the following information in your request:
    • Your Order Number
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Specify if you need a full or partial refund (and which items, if partial)
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.
